THE CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) REACTIONS MAY BE VIOLATING HIPPA...

The Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to run ramped throughout the world, it has changed variants multiple times now, and continues to affect the economy negatively. Today I wanted to provide an Update concerning the Coronavirus designated as COVID-19, and its effects on this county thus far.

So, Omni-Cron (I think I am saying that right?) arrived, it was said have developed as a result of the Vaccine, hence it was stated to be resistant to said Vaccine. Now, the country has switched narratives and fear mongering tactics have yet again been in full force. Now the narrative suggests the need for a Vaccine Booster, and they have laying it on thick. Some companies are firing people if they refuse to be vaccinated and/or get the Booster shot. People’s livelihoods are being decided based off this Vaccine and Booster shot. This is crazy to say the lease…

I understand the needs associated with getting a handle on the pandemic, however it appears as if a lot of employers have forgotten about the Health Information Privacy Protection Act…also known as HIPPA because people’s health information has definitely been being put on display evidenced by these employers who are requiring already employed employees to be vaccinated or be fired. How would they know whether or not the employee is vaccinated unless their records are being disclosed to the employer? This whole thing screams class action lawsuit in the future, so if you are associated with this be on the lookout for those commercials from law offices because soon…” you may be entitled to financial compensation.”

It is a slippery slope currently…now the fight is over the new mask mandates and how students are being treated at schools concerning wearing their masks. I’ll keep you updated….
